Well in the past there were less things that were considered to be crimes compared to today. There was a good book written titled Three Felonies a Day: How the Feds Target the Innocent by Harvey Silverglate. He shows that the feds have the most laws on the books making things felonies.

I used to debate people about it when they claimed that the US was the most free country. I would simply ask how can the US be the most free country when it has the most things made illegal and we have the highest prison population that surpasses China and other communist states.

In the West, morality is attached to inanimate objects. It's one of the foundation's of a marxist society. There's no such thing as a human spirit. Every person is a random collection of inanimate molecules. That somehow became life.

The marxist society, replaces priests with scientists. Everything absolute must be blessed by them. Through the Holy universities.

With that in mind. It's now possible for the government to declare inanimate objects 'sin'. Drugs, Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, the possession of those. Now makes one a heretic, to the materialist marxists.

The US has a prison industrial complex. Something like 90% of inmates are there. For possessing or selling. A substance the Western witch doctors describe as evil.

Most of the justice system courts. Are flooded with these heretical cases. If the facts within the case are difficult to convict. The accused will probably take a plea bargain. Plea bargains accompany a reduced sentence.

Also, snitches are necessary for this charade of justice to continue. It doesn't matter much. How violent a snitch is. If three individuals are equal accomplices in murder. The first to snitch, will get a tap on the wrist.

If the snitch also has a lot of evidence. In regards to heretics possessing sinful substances. The more heretics jailed the less punishment the snitch receives.

The above is the reason. Why so many violent people continue to be violent. They don't get punished commensurate with their crime.

Feminists hate men, but they have that fake 'compassion' for black men because at least the feminists can act like they are protecting the black 'minority'. Prison sentences in general are higher in the US.
