I want preface this with the fact I’ve still got a ways to go on my MRP journey. I’m reading more. Workouts are solid and progressing, I’m beginning to figure out what I want in life. I suppose once I know that for certain and have the game plan in place I’ll just continue what I’ve learned and lock in on those goals. I’m not a natural beta, or I don’t really relate to those type of people. I’ve always stood up for myself, refused to be bullied, etc. obviously there’s more to an alpha than that. My actions haven’t always projected confidence. I spent most of the last 3 years in varying states of depression. 50/50 if I would have offed myself if I didn’t have a family that needed me. That person is dead anyway. I managed to climb out, and I’m proud of that. I don’t think many people do from that level. My own father never has. Really hard to see.

So I’ve been incorporating the things I’ve learned here and in a few books on the sidebar. Started off with NMMNG. Was somewhat helpful. Never been a nice guy as far as my nature, but realized I have been perceived that way at time. Read the rationale male. Insightful. I felt like these things were known to me at some level but maybe I denied them. Typical I think. Once I swallowed that pill I was just laughing at how obvious it was. Of course my wife was different...

I stuck to Reddit’s and podcasts and such from there. As mistake I think. My most recent posts have me reading the 48 laws. I have read the laws but missed some of the points without the stories. This is benefiting me.

I’ve been passing shit tests more regularly lately, but they hadn’t intensified until yesterday. Small improvements in my wife being more submissive. Then yesterday happened.
