I work in health to some degree and noticed that there are a few programme that have targeted women.

In the first it was a diet and nutrition course. It was women only, with the argument that they are the centre of the home in the majority of cases hence it is most cost effective to target then.

Then there is another program. It is meant to get women cycling to work more as they are less likely to do so and need encouragement.

Total contradiction, but it served women. I was considered quite unreasonable for pointing it out.

I eventually used our human rights act to turn it around, that first course at least. But those that initiated it still don't see the sexism.
