That's been ignored the past 20 years, I was horrified to learn about it a decade ago and even more so when i found out nobody state side cared. The trend continues but I am surprised to see people talking about it

Didn't the Taliban punish this stuff harshly? And it rebounded when Taliban power in the region diminished?
