I told her to stand at the end of her register I have more context about 70 minutes recorded i can’t share till I exhaust this internally. Part of my duties is to keep the cashiers on task and standing at the end of register. I asked her to stand at the end of her register she shook her head and said no you aren’t my boss.. I got on the radio told my general manager she was being insubordinate and my manager told us both to not worry bout it. I asked if it was my job to keep her at the end of register she said yes. She walked away and I turned to the young female cashier and said I will be telling you to stand at the end of your register from now on. She left her post and reported to manager I was being threatening. I informed manager I was not threatening simply doing my job and she instructed me to sugar coat orders to females in the workplace. I will not sugar coat a cashiers coaching..I will simply tell her to stand at the end of register assertively like I tell every other employee.

By the way it’s not me saying it’s a equal workplace..it literally says it in the handbook so not like this whole equality thing is my idea..I just simply wont speak to a women differently then a man in the workplace cause it’s incredibly illegal!

The way I made her feel telling her to stand at the end of her register...it’s unbelievable. Also details from that meeting somehow leaked to other employees and are being used to bully me. For example I save every bee that flies in the store and used that to describe myself as a loving non threatening non violent peaceful human. Somehow the details leaked and now employees are spraying bees in front of me and really bullying me in a intense manner.

"good work, man" or

"looks good" (vaguely referring either to her work or her looks) or did he say,

"damn, the way you're stacked is reflected sextra professionally in the company uniform."

but he's right though. even if you are 100% against sexims and really see everybody as equal, there is still a difference. period
