My ex wife will not take my son to the dr. They (ex and her new husband) had good insurance with no copay. I have to provide insurance for him which I do but she will not use mine because there is a $20 copay. They no longer have that insurance and she got on the state medical card! He comes to my house sick all the time. I give him meds but she is just neglectful in my opinion. I'm not sure what to do about this. Is there anything?
