Ban women from alcohol? Or maybe just send feminists to another planet?

Literally, every party I have seen in my life, mass amounts of people, 100s seemed to get drunk and have sex, and no one cared.

If a police walks in on a drunk woman who is saying "yes, yes" during sex with a drunk man, does the police stop an breath test her now in order to determine whether or not it is rape?!

Is it like driving now? You get alcohol tested if you're caught having sex "over the limit"?

Plus why is he the one charged? What if he was more drunk than she was, or if she wasn't drunk but he was?

Was just about to post this. 15 years ago when I was at uni, most male and female students chose to get as drunk as they could then have sex.

The only thing is that women regret it a lot more the day after, so a decade plus of fake rape accusations later and it's now rape to have sex with a drunk woman.

How does she prove she was drunk? I assume she would need a blood test, since that's the burden of proof for drunk driving.
