That's true but not what they've done here.
This is explicit in the title : Either both are right or both are wrong.
If I saw that sign on the right in isolation, I'd express the same sentiment you did. They're both nasty. But the one on the right is held up as a mirror to the one on the left.
It illustrates one of the problematic disparities between the genders - what is comedically acceptable?
Promoting female supremacy, taking cheap shots at men, even laughing at male victims of extreme domestic violence on mainstream TV. It's all ok.

Neither is ok, obviously. That first sign is disgusting and insulting (I'm a woman, and it irritates the piss out of me). But sinking to their level won't help solve anything, unfortunately. It'll just further the divide. I can't say exactly what the answer is, except to raise awareness and re-humanize men. We have to be better than the Twitter echo chamber spinsters (that was a cheap shot, I admit).

Right - empower men without disparaging women as a whole. This is why normal, sane people are so dismissive of the extreme feminist movement: All men are trash, etc etc. We all have men and women in our lives that we love. We can build men up without sinking to childish, petty insults and furthering the rift.
Anyway, it's trite due to repetition, but Be The Change You Want To See is a term that applies well here.
