I’m using my wife’s account because I’m worried about posting this.

My crazy ex-wife is a lunatic. Truth is that she a narcissist but that’s just not gonna hold up in court as I’m not a doctor.

She kept telling me she was “gonna get me” and it looks like she may have found a way.

A few nights ago, after walking my young son up to the door after my weeknight dinner visit, she and I had an argument that turned into a screaming match. (My son was absolutely not present as he had run to the neighbors to see his friend after the drop off.) I finally had enough and turned to walk back to my car. Out of the blue, she ran behind me and shoved me. I turned and called her a name. She then again shoved me backwards! I immediately left after calling her a “lunatic”.

After speeding away, I called 911. The 911 operator told me she needed the exact address. As I drove back towards the apartment to get the apt number, I decided to just drop the entire thing. I didn’t want her to go to jail and I certainly didn’t want my kids, or my son’s friends/neighbors, to see the police, etc.

No sooner than I decided to drop it, she started sending crazy text messages to my phone, “You’re not allowed back here!!”

I replied, “what are you talking about? You’re lucky I didn’t call the police on you!”

She continues, “THE KIDS SAW YOU! THEY SAW YOU SPIT ON ME AND CALL ME NAMES!”

All of this is untrue. I didn’t spit on her, nor were my children even at the house. I texted back that she was a liar and left it alone.

Three days later, I was served with a Temporary Restraining Order!! The worst thing about it is that my kids are listed on the TRO as well so I can’t see them!

I can’t believe she did this. I’ve NEVER in my life hit a woman, let alone spit on them. Shit, I don’t even believe in spanking my children. I would never lay a hand on her!!!!! She’s a liar and a cheat. I’m heartbroken that I’m not able to see my children and mad as hell that she is able to do this. I can’t afford an attorney.

I’m scheduled for the hearing in 5 days and I’m at a loss as to what I should do. I’ve been told by numerous ppl that courts usually side with women and so I already feel defeated. Here’s what I have:

I’ve never threatened her. I didn’t spit on her. My kids weren’t home. She filed a police report but I was never contacted. I have messages of her going crazy on me and calling me a piece of shit for things a small as me forgetting to get my son a haircut during my weekend. She is not afraid of me. I have proof of her showing up at my home uninvited, beating on my doors, screaming my name from the driveway and looking thru my windows to see if I was home. (My neighbors told me as I wasn’t home. But, she confirms it in a text messages.)

I don’t know what to do. Any help or advice would greatly be appreciated.
