unless you've been living under a rock you're aware of the wave of accusations and take downs going on right now. now while i have no doubt that a lot of actual predators are being taken down, and thats good, there are going to be people who take advantage of the current climate of "dont question the accuser or you're victim blaming" and use a false accusation to try to take someone they do not like down. Case in point, not only have 2 people I know been accused ANONYMOUSLY and within less than 24 hours felt consequences without the chance to defend themselves, I myself have raised the ire of a contingent of women who are associated with Annalise Nielsen (of hulu doll in a lyft meltdown fame) who have been trying to accuse me of rape. The reason I'm making this pot is to find out if there are any lawyers who specialize in this, or defamation in general, who can help victims of false accusations like myself, who cannot afford a $4000 retainer but are at risk of having their lives ruined.
