This is a good post.

Unfortunately it contains an image related to suicide, which may upset some people. It might even unintentionally encourage some people who are already thinking about killing themselves!

This post should have a suitable warning at the beginning of the title.

It should be marked as NSFW because the image should not be seen by random people. The post should be marked Spoiler to hide the image unless readers choose to view it. I have done this for you.

This is important because people who are thinking about killing themselves can easily be pushed closer to doing it. This is especially true for men, who make up 80% of suicides.

If you see anyone talking about killing themselves, refer them to r/SuicideWatch immediately.

The title of this post does not say enough about its subject. This forces people to click and read before they can decide whether they are interested. It also makes searching impossible.

If everyone did this, the subreddit would become unusable. Moreover, it means that your post will fail to reach some readers because they won't know what it's about.

So please don't do it in future. Take the time to describe your link, and save the time of hundreds of other people.

When making a title, it's best to assume the reader doesn't know what you're talking about - but don't go overboard with every detail. Then check if there are any words you can cut out without losing any important information.
