About three years ago I divorced from my wife, a complete nightmare of a woman, and she gained custody of my three children. My eldest, my daughter at 15 years old, the middle, my 12 year old son and the youngest, my 8 year old other daughter.

She gained custody of all three of them (Of course) but recently my eldest was diagnosed with clinical depression and her mother isn't getting her any help or anything. I pay child support, none of which goes towards the children, and I get to see them every two weeks in alternations, meaning I only see one child every two weeks. I'm considering trying to gain custody of at least my eldest as she is beginning to severely struggle and I am worried about all of them.

Any advice to give a guy, trying to get his kids back?
