I'm being systematically oppressed at work by a fleet of female managers and coworkers. I currently am the lead developer on two major projects, and they recently hired a girl and promoted her within 6 months even though she's the lead on a single project that is far smaller in scope and size. I also constantly find myself doing her work for her and have asked on occasion when she sends out emails with my solutions in them to possibly give me credit for my work. I found out from her the other day she's making 20k a year more than me and it wasn't even what she asked for. I have more experience, more accomplishments, but it's obvious this treatment is meant to make me leave so they can hire another woman in my place and have the all woman team they want. They already take very long lunches every day and when I asked to come along they literally told me girls only. It's as obvious as day.

There are 4 developers and 2 managers total and we run 5 major applications (two of which are mine.). A coworker of mine was fired for harassment and at the time I didn't know what to believe but he promised me up and down he didn't say or do anything wrong.

What can I do here? This is out of control. In fact the only reason I'm even on reddit is because I saw that my manager had access to it as I caught her browsing here instead of doing work (normally our system is very locked down.) I'm about to leave for work and won't dare do anything to give them any reason to fire me so il check back at like 6pm.

I just wanted to add that I did bring this up and the response to me literally was this "do not go there. You had your ethics training right?" I was literally scared for my job for daring to bring up the possibility that my all female team were being sexist in their treatment of me.
