so my friend (male) is being accused of DV against his son, his son fell of a tramp and his ex girlfriend is now claiming that he abused him. she is also trying to claim that he is back on drugs, he is not and will never be back on drugs.

he has some bruises on his body from the tramp fall.

if this gets to bad he could loose custody of his 2 daughters.

there is proof that the ex girlfriend has recently done meth so we can use that.
