No, they do not. The very foundation as to why men need to be stronger, act big and become dominant within most social and economic situations is because of sexual selection pressures.

Females choose males who are aggressive, strong and resource successful. This isn't even something restricted to human beings. We can take a look at Deer and we same the same system. Antlers are cumbersome things, dangerous to its owner. They cost a lot of energy in order to just battle other male deer. They don't work as weapons against predators - but they do wonders to interlock another male in a session of exhausting, energy wasting wrestling.

And the males that can do that and still go on have excess energy and resources. Which means that in turn, their genes express themselves successfully within that environment.

Essentially... 5+1 is more sexy than 5. More is better.

This sexual selection pressure can make males grown antlers. Become 4x larger than the female. (Elephant Seals) Grow amazing feather coats that hinders their movements and drains vital energy. (Peacocks) It can make the male gather rocks in order to impress. (Some Penguins) It can make the male grow a large, pointless and drooping fleshy organ from their face, which restricts vision. (Cocks.) Etc... etc... etc.

These are all real life examples - and now, if female sexual selection can make such massive changes in the male anatomy, is it that strange to think that the same pressure could cause men to take more risks, endure more pain and injury in order to impress women?

I think not.

This makes men sacrifice their health, wallet and well being in order to rent a womb. Men die, work and slave away for that privilege and women know it, unconsciously and consciously.

There is a reason why, the moment excess resources exists within a mammalian social species, prostitution becomes the first profession to sprout into existence.

You've started with the wrong premise and decided the result before looking at the problems. Do you actually want to know? Do you actually care? Or do you just want to parrot patriarchy theory

So fight "misogyny" then: campaign for a female rights to be withheld until they sign up for selective service, reduce male suicide/increase female suicide, campaign for equal sentencing, address the glass basement.

The list is endless, a huge list of issues that feminists, who own the conversation on gender issues, fails to address instead chooses lip service centred on men showing emotions. Feminism owns the gender discussion and not only does nothing but actively works against men at every turn e.g. your base premise

You could see it that way if you want. I think it's more accurate to say it stems from the societal expectation that men be the provider still. That they protect women, even if it cost them their life. That they use their strength to help and/or protect others.

Men are still shamed if they're not a provider. They're shamed if they can't find a relationship. They're shamed if they show too much of an emotion, no matter what it is. In some places, it's considered shameful to have a normal, healthy sexuality if you're a man.

At this point in time, nothing men do is considered good enough.

How do you come to the conclusion that men wanting to distinguish themselves as superior/stronger is misogyny?
