Document everything!!! That's what we did and like you, our HCBM along with her boyfriend gave us continued evidence via social media, texts, voicemails etc.......we even researched her illegal business and got them on business application permit which has lies in the application. We took that with us along with researching the shady clientele they had coming into the house.
Do your research, dig deep, always remember she will do the same so stay off all social media and block her along with any mutual friends or family. Go into privacy settings and block everything then quit using it. Google all names associated with her also and dig.
Hey we won and I have sole legal physical custody with visitation upon my discretion. She lost everything including her other children.
Dig deep and don't stop. Print everything u have as evidence, put it into a timeline including writing down in a journal the bad she's handing you without her realizing it and the good when you have your kids.
Get all medical records for your children from every place you are aware of right down to the eye doctors.
And most important: DONT STOP FIGHTING
