This kind of behavior from women in the medical industry is not limited to dead bodies. Do other women in the medical industry call out this behavior, of course not. Does the medical industry do anything to about this, no. What the medical industry has done is ensure that nearly 99% of every non doctor position in urology are women. So many more women have the opportunity to behave like this on a daily basis except they do it to live male patients.

Do you seriously think male medical students don’t do the same kind of stuff? My experience is that they are considerably worse. In part it’s a way of coping with something that is naturally quite disturbing, but sometimes it crosses over into disrespect. From a US perspective I can say that there’s more effort than there used to be in teaching respect for donors and I know of one case where a (female) student was expelled. This really isn’t a men’s rights issue though.
