no he wouldn't. This guy was actually raped. What Bill Maher is talking about is "unwanted sex" and not rape. That's why the statistic is called "unwanted sex" and not "rape". Within the purview of "unwanted sex" is the magic word: choice. One can still very easily choose to have sex even if one doesn't want it. It's very different from rape.

There are two ways to look at this. I choose to look at it mocking the feminist stance that being cohered into sex and calling it rape is a pretty fucking weak argument and reversing the genders shows this.

He was laughing AS HE READ THE ARTICLE NAME. I think it's safe to say he found it funny.
He can find it funny. I'm stepping back and looking at it in a different way. I would much rather see equality achieved by strengthening the genders to an equal position rather than weakening them to an equal position.
I don't find this particularly offensive in itself given the medium it is delivered in. I find these things interesting to look at, an indicator of society's double standards. It may be interesting to have Bill take the same questionnaire the students did to see if he has ever been in the same position and never thought about it.
