Here's why feminists oppose practical measures to prevent sexual assault/rape:

Reducing rape/sexual assault weakens the core narrative of feminism and discredits them.
Bullying men via "all men are rapists" campaigns, courses, policies and laws is much more important to them than preventing sexual assault/rape.
They are too lazy to assume responsibility.

A new four year randomized study shows that 12 hours of training in how to recognize dangerous situations and deal with them reduced rape and sexual assault by about half.
