Because most men and women, from a young age are ingrained with this sense that teen females and women are "incapable" of sexual assault, rape, and molestation nor have they ever done so. These people, in 1st world countries like America mostly, Canada, and countries in Europe are predisposed to think of most men as "perverts" and or "creeps" or "possible perverts and or creeps" with sex on their minds, and most females are told to "watch out for men" or "be wary of men(some cases boys too)," and wear bras from when they're minors into adulthood. They also see most men out there as "perverts" and or "creeps" who hide and look at porn while degrading themselves and having sexual fantasies, which funny enough many, many teen females and women also do.
Most men and women, are brainwashed and predisposed to hate on men who have committed sex crimes because that's what they're accustomed to seeing on the news/media.
Females rarely get into trouble for such things(most go under the radar for the very things I spoke of such as the people being predisposed to think of men a certain way) and if they are caught and exposed, in regards to teen boys, it's downplayed by some boys and men, and even dowplayed by the judge, jury, and prosecutors who give them vagina passes. Even some men read or hear about some older female who victimized a boy they downplay it and foolishly say things in her favor such as "I wish that were me.," "He got lucky," "The little twerp exposed her," or even making a comment about the bogus age of consent law.
Yet strangely enough even for other pervert women, who victimized not only boys, but girls from ages 12-14 thosw cases didn't have much media attention and many, many women do not speak of such women. It's mostly overlooked or unnoticed. The perpetrators in those cases as well have gotten vagina passes thanks to their fellow women along with men in society.
Very rarely are women caught for sex crimes, and put on the media in regards to those 11 and under, but at that point any man and woman who had that "women can't sexually assault, rape, or molest," and or "teen boys want it so they weren't sexually assaulted or rape/molested" way of thinking would certainly be infuriated and bothered if they read, heard about, or seen such news.
