1. Men are not and have never been forced to only express emotions through anger.

  2. Men express their emotions through actions and creativity.

  3. Every aspect of civilization is the product of men expressing their emotions.

  4. Every song, poem, statute, sculpture, and painting done by man was a means for that man to express his emotions.

  5. Every scientific discovery made by a man was fueled by his emotions.

  6. Every sport, game, and competition played by a man was a means for him to express his emotions.

  7. There is no proof that crying about a problem will help men deal with a problem.

  8. There is no proof that the men who committed suicide did so because they didn't express their pain!

  9. Men don't have to speak for people to know what they are feeling.

  10. People know when their pets are sad without words.

  11. People know when animals are over worked without words.

  12. People know when plants are picked dry without words.

  13. People shoyld know what men are feeling without words IF they actually cared.

  14. There is no proof that if a man did speak his feelings anyone would care any differently.

  15. A man doesn't owe it to anybody to explain his feelings.

  16. The desire to be masculine is not the cause for violence.

  17. The desire to be masculine is not the cause for substance abuse.

  18. Anger is a healthy emotion.

  19. Good and bad are completely subjective.

  20. There is no authority to determine who is good and who is bad.

  21. Emotional detachment is not toxic.

  22. Labeling all men as having a part of themselves thats toxic is impossible to determine.

  23. All men don't consent to the label.

  24. Vagueness raises an impossible bar of perfection for men to acheive.

  25. Crying is not the golden standard way for an adult to express emotions

  26. There isn't a boy in existence who doesn't cry.

  27. It's just a shaming term for social media when a woman doesn't like something a man said or does.

  28. It assumes that if a man doesn't confide in someone it is because his masculinity is toxic, but it never assumes that the other person is simply not trustworthy.

  29. Men don't have to verbally reveal their feelings to people they don't trust.

  30. Men are not toxic if they don't consent to 29.
