I remember participating in discussion groups on BBS echoes, and then when usenet newsgroups were a big thing in the late 90s and early 2000s. I left because nothing was ever getting done thanks to the "Ken Pangborn" crowd who were always arguing and flaming with each other and anyone else who tried to talk about normal issues. Anyone remember those days?
