I just googled to see what was out there and think I found a problem with your question. What do you mean by 'program'. There are so many types of STEM programs. For instance, there is Django Girls to teach web development in the Python language, but men use it, too. It was just started by women AFAIK. (I used their online stuff).

There are other girl-focused programming sort of meet-ups, but they usually interface with men, and their goal is to be sort of training wheels for women to catch up in programming before working with people who have been programming for a while.

I am sure there are school-sponsored programs. But I think it would be best to limit your scope, then see if it's easier to come up with numbers. I've never seen anything like this myself, so you could be breaking new ground.
