TL;DR Muslims should have standards, be chaste and always keep their guards up against evil stuff. MM sub is fascinating with some pros and cons at different times. Feminism bad, Islam good. Muslim women who choose career over being with their family are being lied to. Have gotten advice from the happiest muslim couples, Mashallah :)

LONG RANT As salamu aleykum brothers and sister (yes there are probably some lurking here lol).

What has happened to the standards for muslim men and muslim women? I have been subbed to MM sub for some time and the amount of hypocrisy I have seen there is fascinating to say the least. Some muslimahs over there are really amazing though. I don't mean it as a joke but some muslimahs really stand up for Islam and mens rights. Those women I stand by and hope IA they get what they want.

My problem is, when did liberalism infiltrate muslims minds? I truly am neutral and do not like left nor right. You could say i'm libertarian and always believed in neutral stance.

The weird thing I noticed is that some muslim men and some muslim women on mm sub seems to have lost their dignity. Although I have seen growth of people with backbone these past few weeks. I mean the ones who are not afraid of telling the truth and the shocking thing was they even got many upvotes which is quite nice. No matter if you repent to Allah (SWT), if you have been intimate with someone...leave us virgins alone. I'm not gonna marry someone who did zina unless it is a revert who have been muslim for some years and had 1-2 partners...ideally 0-1. They need patience and love. I know some brothers who have been married for a long time to reverts. I'm quite disappointed in the ones that grew up as muslims yet partake in zina, this goes flr both male and female muslims. Muslims need to draw a damn stance on this matter. We should be virgins until we marry a virgin spouse. Is that really hard? If that's hard, don't get mad at me for not choosing you then. I have layed low and will keep on improving myself for someone who puts deen above anything.

Feminism has ruined these women and it's no wonder they are single at 30 years old. If a potential hides her past, move on. Do not give them attention. They can cover their sins but that doesn't mean I want to marry a dishonest person. I will cut all contact ASAP. I do not take zina lightly at all.

NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, NEVER LOWER YOUR STANDARDS! ZINA IS FORBIDDEN AND WE SHALL STRIVE TO BE CHASTE UNTIL MARRIAGE!!!

DO NOT MIX WITH NON-MEHRAMS AND LIMIT SOCIAL MEDIA USE! Never marry a muslim woman that has male friends, uses IG, Snap, tiktok or any other social media. IG is great if you actually have a work related things and advertise something but one thing can lead to another.

There is some muslim women I truly feel bad for, the ones that choose careers over family. Men don't care about a womans career. All we go for is a woman that abides by Islam, loyal and has akhlaq. It's not even that difficult. I don't mind marrying a woman that is working until we have kids. After that she is staying at home until the kids reach a certain age. Double income is quite nice but then again I have many goals and don't want my future spouse to work on a boring 9-5 job. I rather have her do something she really likes or maybe do family business together. Income from multiple places is always better. Cooking food and doing chores isn't difficult but watching over the kids can get tiresome which I do agree with. At the end of the day my love would grow more for a woman that doesn't look at me for materialstic values, chaste and follows the deen. It's the kind of woman you want to spoil and take her around the world with you and give her some excitment from time to time.

The muslim couples that are still married are the ones who gave me some of these tips. I have gotten a lot of great advice from my peers. The women usually works part-time or is more at home. I have seen real happyness from my own sibling after we came from the gym and he saw his kid and wife. His smile said it all and yes i'm quite happy that my brother is happy. He is a great person and he has been a mentor to me. Alhamdullilah for having people that will tell me the truth if I act up cause even I have my bad days.

I'm not perfect but will always try my best to please Allah (SWT). I'm just saddened that zina is so widespread. Judgment day is getting closer and closer. Ya Allah forgive us, grant muslims who have strayed away clarity and bring them back to the truth, ameen. Grant us all knowledge, calm our hearts and bless us all with someone we love so much that we want to take them to jannah with us. AMEEEEEN :)
