Plea deal plus first time offender at a young age. Seems to be fair sentencing. However, possibly a bit low.

Sounds like a fair sentencing, she’s 19 and didn’t commit anything irreparable, community service sounds much better than jail in that.

I’m assuming she also has to refund everything and pay for court costs in which case 30 days of community service sounds decent for a first time strictly non violent crime from a 19 years old.
