I read it but found no direct evidence suggesting he was innocent. It's just his word against hers seemingly? Did I miss something (admitedly I skipped a few paragraphs)?

Could someone please explain how/why is the woman "serial liar"? I read that the woman admitted on TV that it was a consensual relationship, but later brought charges of sexual assault against him. I don't quite see how this explains the "serial" part though. Thank you.
