Hello everyone!

I'm trying to compile a 'master' reading list/study guide for learning about political theory, philosophy, and economics. This is a big project overall, I intend to be as inclusive as possible, and when it's completed it will no doubt need to be revised in the future. I'm posting here to request some of your suggestions.

What I'm looking for specifically:

Beginning, intermediate, and expert level books, essays, or lectures on subjects related to TRP or your own personal ideas.

  1. 'Expert' material must be some form of academic material or similar level of effort/quality.

  2. Please specify as precisely as you can what the material is relevant to. If you give a good description, I might, with your permission, use your description in making the final post.

  3. critiques of other ideologies from the 'TRP' or whatever viewpoints you guys hold are welcome.

  4. Feel free to post obscure materials.

  5. Consider posting some details on the 'big themes' or 'big questions' a material is raising. They might be useful in developing the 'study guide' portion of this project, so that future readers can know what to look for.

A Note On My Editorial Discretion During This Project

As you can tell from my list, I'll be using a fair amount of editorial discretion in developing it. This isn't intended towards any particular ideology or view point, but is going to be necessary in this project. I intend it to be as extensive as possible, but I can't include everything.

For those interested, I'm a non-Euclidean. However, for this project it really should be irrelevant. One part of this project that excites me is getting exposed to authors I've never experienced before and exposing others to those authors.
