Would you say that men are "better" than women? Or "superior"? Why? If not, what's a better way to explain it?

Men make better men. Women make better women.

Just different. Men and women are complimentary to each other. One is not superior to the other.

Why should the man be in charge in a relationship?

Because it works. Don't think about it like a Master / Slave relationship. It's been said before here many many times, but it's more of a captain / first mate relationship. The first mate has discretion in many things, but is ultimately (and only) answerable to the captain who trusts her judgement.

Someone has to drive the car. It makes much more sense for the individual more inclined towards logical thinking be the one ultimately making decisions.

Can/should women aspire to do "anything," provided she is willing to put in the hard work to achieve it herself? Or do women have, for lack of a better term, "their place"?

Women are humans just like men, they have the right and are encouraged to do whatever they wish. However, if they decide that they want a family; they need to be dedicated to the duty that decision entails. If we reference your first question; it's because they are very good at being a child's caregiver. It's too much to ask of one person to be career minded and still rear healthy and well adjusted children.

If there is no inheren't meaning to life, this question is a non-issue. It is only when we give life meaning (in the sense you are describing) is when the differences grant "better" and "superior" meaning. It would seem that we can say "better" or "superior" are for ways in which we a physically different. Generally speaking, men are better/superior at having male genitalia, higher average testosterone, etc. (This can extend to all arenas of biology, chemistry...whatever, I'm no scientist). This will also be true of certain aspects of women. This also would include all things that can be derived due to these differences in our material selves...such as lifting weights, sprinting...and in most cases, it's still just a generalization not a rule.
Once again, no inheren't meaning to life so it boils down to the one thing we have...time spent living our lives. Time is the only thing we have, and even without knowing that, species of animals protect their lives. In cases where the male, over time, has grown into the dominant species, it is probably important that they are in charge of relationships for reasons regarding perpetuating their existence. In species where the woman has assumed the dominant role, it is probably just as important that they continue to dominate their relationships for those same reasons. All of this unless some survival of the fittest/environmental change happens and the roles need to be reversed to continue to live successfully. In our society, I would suspect that a lot of the historically evolutionary/survival of the fittest/environmental issues are just not as prominent as they may have once been when we lived in caves. I think maybe the police/community/society in general help protect everyone....for the most part, in certain locations. This multiplied by the fact that we are sitting atop the food chain as far as I can tell (lack of predators, etc). I think it really comes down to preference nowadays. I would prefer to be in control of my relationships going forward. My achievements make me the most happy as far as I can tell, and I imagine that my future relationships will be me inviting someone into my world of accomplishment...that is why I believe I should lead in the future. It's probably different for other people. I'm sure there's some guy that would love to not lead and still be happy. It's just not my thing, I thrive on achieving and sharing.
See #1. I think that our relatively easy access to physical safety allows everyone to aspire to do things without constant fear (edit: I'm writing this in my cubicle in the US). Mastery, as Robert Greene states, is a function of intense focus applied to a specific hobby/interest and time. I don't think Mastery knows gender. Go do great things!
