I stumbled upon this post as I was trawling through meditation/stoic subreddits.

I don't agree with the goal of becoming completely emotionless but the tips he gives in attaining that goal are pretty good and I thought this subreddit would appreciate them in one location.

Great post, I think a lot of people can benefit from it, especially those still in the anger phase of TRP, or those having trouble maintaining frame.
