1.Stop being a bitch. When we say "Man Up" we don't mean "start a family, have kids, buy them a bunch of shit" the way women mean Man Up, we mean "Improve yourself, workout, work towards whatever you want to be successful in, get a hobby, keep yourself busy in improving your life".

2.Stop telling yourself money and looks are holding you back. They're not. I know broke fat niggas who pull bitches like crazy. What's holding you back is you have no skills or, the more common problem, you don't know how to SHOW them.

4.Stop making women your everything and just make them feel special.

5.Lastly and most importantly, You. Are. Fucking. Awesome. You have so many things you are good at or can be good at that the world wants. You have 1,000 arrows in your quiver so start using them.
