I agree that women are into looks as much as men although they deny it. But it is what it is. I also know that women crave to LOVE men and they don't really see men LOVING them and showing it in a needy way as manly and it can turn them off, hence men should do things that make WOMEN love them rather than LOVE women and hopefully women love them back... sounds good.. doesnt work... in most cases.

But the above condition is more applicable to societies that are considered First World.

Third World or developing countries, women's needs and desires are much more simple as do men.
