To some extent, this starts to come naturally as we get older. You start to not give as shit what others think of you and you relax and it impacts your confidence. I wouldn't say NO social filter, but definitely learn when it matters or who's worth it. Definitely I try to be kind and polite to people I meet until they prove they don't deserve it, but there's a different between a direct insult to someone and someone taking offense to something you said because you're not being PC. It's the latter that needs a lot of relaxing IMHO.
I'd simplify it down to this. Junk any social filters that are based primarily on "What will people think of me if I say this?" and be glad to express yourself more honestly. You'll attract the people who are compatible with your real personality and repel the people who aren't, and the latter is a good thing as well.
Good advice.

Your comments are solid. Not sure why you're getting downvoted. Being loose and uninhibited, as you describe, indicates you're unstifled and free. Powerful stuff in a woman's eyes.
Always being stoic can make a guy seem cold, stiff and boring. On the other hand, always being a dancing monkey can make a guy look like an attention-seeking adolescent.
She wants to see that self-assured swagger of an alpha male in his prime and power... that uninhibited, boss vibe from a man who is strong, free, clear about what he wants and confident enough to reach out and take it.

Stoic is only one type of frame and I'm certain most people are using the term wrong and meaning to refer to stoicism (cool, calculated, immovable) rather than the literal definition.
