I've been thinking a lot about what I want out of life since reading TRP and The Millionaire Fastlane forum throughout this past year. I've gone back and forth THOUSANDS of times on whether I should travel the world, focus on building a business, fuck exotic women, kill my student loan debt, live in the USA vs. Asia vs. Eastern Europe etc.
Many men of all ages are working through these similar problems which I face. We're all trying to analyze historical trends and forecast what the future holds. We're figuring out how to make the best logistical and financial plays for our own lives.
Having the unlimited amount of choices which are openly available in this lifetime has never before been seen by any previous generation in existence. And it doesn't necessarily make things easier on us.
But it does mean that we no longer have any excuses for mediocrity or limiting beliefs.
We can theoretically work in any country we like, targeting any consumer demographic across the globe, while fucking women of any culture throughout the following weekend. All while paying minimal taxes (by working internationally) and saving/diversifying serious assets for the future.
You can do some of these things if you like. Or all of them.
What all of this ultimately comes down to is becoming a high value male.
Happiness is the art of maintaining high value. Why? Because once we legitimately become high value, everything else falls into place. High value men are paid well. We exert powerful body language at all times. We're focused on invigorating projects, businesses, and creating. Building. Growing. We feel good and don't care what others think. Validation doesn't matter. We don't have to put on a show like PUA's who act like their lives are awesome. True redpillers actually focus on creating the best life that is humanly possible.
Instead of simply acting high value, we want to become high value for ourselves.
How do we become high value? Through intense and targeted hard work for long periods of time. That's the only answer. We'll have to work harder than 95% of all males. And it will be worth it. Because the rest will all fall into place.
It isn't about becoming a multi-millionaire and owning a villa by the beach to impress others. It's also not about living frugally out of a suitcase and traveling the world, using minimalism as an excuse not to go big or do ambitious things in life.
Creating your own high value self lies somewhere in the middle. No one can tell you where that is or how to find it. You have to find it and figure it out for yourself. And adjust and adapt. And continue creating your high value self.
P.S. Write out a one/three/five year plan for where exactly you want to be in life. I'm dead fucking serious. It helps so much that it's unbelievable once you find the direction that you want to move towards. Once you choose the best direction possible, don't change it no matter what. Follow through. Your word is all you have.
