I was told by one of my friends, we'll call him Y, that the another friend , we'll call him Z , who i consider my brother was hitting on an ex plate pretty hard over the weekend. That didn't bother me at all. What bothered me was the beta game he was using in order to get at her. Apparently he told her she was a "fucking sick ass chick" and that I was a "piece of shit douche bag " and deserved better. She did not go for it obviously and told Y that she infact hates Z now because of the lack of loyalty to his friends. Back fired pretty bad on him i guess. He clearly sees progress and my life changing as far as confidence in my self as well as my physical body and getting attention from girls more than he does. The dude was an alpha in his earlier years constantly fucking new girls all the time his number is up in the 30's until he went full beta with his recent ex and fell into a deep depression. Im with this dude all the time and seriously probably the reason he hasn't done something stupid to himself. I constantly encourage him to work out focus on his music and art because i really think he is talented. I helped him cut out his toxic ex out of his life by laying out the reality of the situation. It was kind of fucked up to hear from someone that this is what he thinks of me. But fuck it I should take it as a compliment that im clearly a threat or something. Im gonna go a little radio silent on him and let him deal with his shit on his own from now on. I wont mention this or bring it up cause we're in a band together and he really does have some drum skills but i will tone down the friendship to a more professional creative musical relationship.

TD;LR Once BP friends begin to see high gains in your life especially with girls. They will bring the hate even if its behind your back.
