But how could this guy be a Beta!? He was the Governor of Virginia for crying out loud! He must have tons of power. Well just take a look at some of the facts:

$90k in credit card debt
He whored himself out for $20k in jewelry/designer clothes for his wife and $6500 Rolex for himself
$15k in catering for his daughter's wedding
His wife had a "crush" on the wealthy businessman bankrolling all of this

This, gentleman, is a man ruled by consumerism. He climbed the heights of power and for what? So that he could satisfy the materialistic lust of himself, his wife and daughter.

Does this look like a man on a mission? A mission to make other people wealthy maybe. He gained all that wealth, status and influence but he was ultimately a slave.

McDonnell is a case study in both AF/BB and what happens when a man loses frame and never gets it back.

The man was Governor of the state and he let his wife's emotions and actions rule him, while she was "flirting" with the guy paying them off.

On the stand he tried to blame her for everything. Everything he did he claimed was because she wanted it. Took on thousands in debt because she wanted jewelry. Took money from Williams because it was her idea. Complained about her emotional outbursts. He took no agency over any of his actions, which I can't help but think made him look so much worse in the eyes of the jury.

If he had some semblance of frame and the balls to tell his wife no, he might not be looking at 30 years right now.

And this is why understanding TRP is so fucking important. I almost feel bad that many men will suffer without realizing these basic RP concepts.

Not keeping frame will make you weak and can literally lead you straight to prison. Especially if you plan on holding a high power position in life.

The couple won't see 30 years in prison. They'll probably be sentenced to 5-10 and serve half. Still a fucking long time. Can you imagine spending two years in a cell?
