A common saying among people is " be yourself." I hear it a lot of times still. But not everybody should be "themselves." Because "themselves" in most people's case is a a lot of times crafted personality heavily influenced by media culture and propaganda and other people.

This group of people, the majority of people in fact will manufacture a personality that they think will give the most chamce to be "in" with the crowd. Winning the crowd's approval. The beta always wants approval of others and literally has no frame but is instead being consistently penetrated by external forces who are determining the entire persona of the beta.

So if you fall into this category where you've always gone with the crowd, gone with the flow, basically tried to fit in with a group instead of being true to yourself and having a solid frame then you should most definitely not be yourself.

Change. You must change. Sometimes we all need to change things about ourselves. Personality means shit in this world. Character means everything.

Sure you can get to low body fat, try to neg the hell out of every female you think is attractive, be silent all in hopes that you're personality seems alpha. You'll probably smash a few females doing that too.

But I think we're at the point in TRP where one should realize TRP is not just about getting women. It's about being woke in the game of life and all the different players involved

The man with a great personality can be any cunning clown who read a few books on social engineering. But a man of character has a solid frame. Sure, I do hold to objective values that some users may not agree with.

Making an effort to be honest, virtuous, noble and just is good for strengthening your character and for sure will allow you to see through shit tests and other's social power games.

You can ghost society to a certain extent. But in those moments you do have to deal with shit testing women, manipulators, jealous beta's having an honest demeanor will go a long way to separate yourself from petty tactics politics.

Introspection and reflection is a true cure to one's inner sicknesses and TRP users should look deep within to determine whether they want to be alpha just on the outside, beta inside because you're still a pawn. Or you want to be alpha outside and take no shit and also inside because you have a rich inner life.
