I feel really sick about all of this.

See, that's his hind-brain telling him that he got played for a chump by an alpha-fucking slut who's on the hunt for her next ~~long term boyfriend~~ beta bucks. He knows he's being played, yet here he is on Reddit, asking a bunch of women and white knights how he can hamster keeping her around.

And /u/n0c0ntr0l delivers the very definition of AF/BB, just scrubbed free of the "RP" language. 84 up votes for this:

But had he said "She fucks men she respects on the first date, but makes beta losers wait 5 dates", he'd have probably been banned and had the comment removed.

The worst example of this type of thing that I've heard was a guy in the USA who beta orbited a Muslim Indian girl for months or years. She told him they couldn't have sex because it was against her culture/religion. So they had a platonic relationship.

He even went with her back to India for her wedding to her cousin. In India she admitted that she was pregnant, not by her cousin, but by some other guy back in the USA. While she was denying the beta sex she was letting the other guy hit it raw. Now that's real some classic AF/BB.
