Right then. Been reading about game and red pill knowledge for a while but I never got into it deeply until quite recently. As far as picking up women is concerned, it's early days and improvements are slight, but picking up momentum. That aside, the thing i've gained most from the red pill philosophy is a general questioning of everything i've been led to believe up to this point. Im 20, live in the UK and went straight from sheltered school life to university, and promptly dropped out two years later due to it really not being what I wanted to do.

A good mind for maths ended in me doing a physics degree and all I wanted to do with this new found freedom was to squander it on drugs and partying. But who wouldn't, going from living in my parents house, being a mommy's boy and never standing up for myself to (almost) complete freedom to do whatever I wanted was too much and I started to slip from the conventional path - the only one I knew.

Many spiritual and intense experiences on psychoactive drugs and that inner wisdom and cynicism brought about by smoking lots of weed started to turn me around. Do I really want to be stuck in a 9-5 job? Why should I do this assignment if its boring, and what the hell am I even doing trying to get this degree? What job will I get? What's the point? I went through a big stage of depression, anxiety and anger. What the fuck, will this path actually get me anywhere?

I had no idea where I was headed and no idea why, I just knew I was following the path of everyone else, being a sheep and doing what my mom said was right. But living back at home, with parents, super unhappy about it, made me realise that if I follow the path i'm told to, at best I'll end up in the same situation, different house. Fuck that.

I guess after the rambling on, the point of this post really is to get some advice. I'm on a college course to go to uni again, to do physics, again, and i've kind of made up my mind that i'm only doing it for the "unay experience". I've come to realise that it is such a waste of time and money, because I'd be doing the same thing at uni that I would if i just moved out. My mom is an overwhelming force that i've really started to stand up to, but I think i've realy decided myself now that assignments are boring, and its time to start enjoying life.

So where do I go from here? The rough plan in my head is to move out, find a source of income to fund me while I find something to start a business out of. Start that business, then live life completely on my turns. But is it a good idea to cut out my mom altogether? Emotionally, i'm ready to handle it, but I don't want to jump to moving out to quickly only to end up right back here when I crash and burn. Everything up to now has been a lie, its finally clicked, what's next?
