I'm pretty tired so I'll go straight to the point. If you call yourself Alpha because of your physique or hostile attitude towards other males, you're most likely a very negative Beta to have around, and probebly a lot more annoying to people around you then a natural leader. Leaders usually don't have to call themselves the leader.

It's the actions of a person that makes them an Alpha, not how loudly they use the terminology. If you work out because your confident is crap instead of working out because you want a healthy life then you have missed something important.

Quick backstory, I hated myself because I was fat and bullied (Or atleast that is what I thought at the time) I worked out like crazy, mostly mma to be able to intimidate others (I know, I was pathetic) did I stop hate myself when women ignored my awfull personality just because I looked good suddenly and fucked me because I was a douche? I didn't. Actually I started to hate myself on a whole new level and I was at that point a Beta.

Do I consider myself an Alpha today? Not really but mainly because I don't like the terminology used to describe humans. I am a civilised human being, not a wild animal. Now a days I'm training boxing and working hard to become a welder, not to impress anyone, not to intimidate people I dislike, but because I started to respect myself. I started loving myself, so I want a good and happy life for myself.

I personally belive that the boss or the leader were really important in the past, but in todays society we need collaboration. And an Alpha doesn't really fit in a collaboration based relationship. And to be completely honest the people I've met that describes themselves as Alphas and often their friends or people less physically fit as Betas have been the most insecure akward douchebags I've met in my life.

Now I am not saying that a great physique and a huge number of ladies seduced is a signal of being insecure, congratulations if you have achieved that. Really impressive mate! I'm saying that people who use the terminology to appear better than their peers really just appears as insecure children to people who have been there themselves including me.

If you do this (mainly the I'm Alpha and ya'll Betas) I would like you to be honest with yourself and ask: Am I happy?

It doesn't matter if you're the king of the world, if you aint happy then a happy hobo is having a better time with his life then you, and the only one who can make you happy is yourself. Sorry for the bad English, the long post and have a great night, and don't ever let someone tell you that you don't already have what it takes to be happy!
