When is time to be confident, and when it's not necessary? When is time to be a real man, and when it's not necessary?

The answer is that confident men are always confident, and real men are always real men; there's noon/off switch.

This might seem off topic, but bear with me and then think it over.

I workout, I do leangains so I workout in fasted state. Recently I've started supplementing pre-workout with BCAA. If you have tried BCAA you know that it tastes awful, light powdery, doesn't dissolve well with water, bitter like you've never tasted anything that bitter before.

The various fitness subs and blogs are filled with tips on how to mix it to mitigate the taste, I tried a few things and then I've decided: I take it like a man, a real man: put a heaping spoon of BCAA in my mouth, then washing it down with water till it's all gone from my mouth.

It's nasty, it's bitter, it's a pain. It's MANLY. I did this at the gym this morning and a couple of the guys who saw me could not believe it.

The point is that we are surrounded by First World problems, don't sugar coat anything, take it like a man!
