Try genuinely not caring if you fuck this girl or not. You should have other options lined up, both sexually and otherwise. For example, the WORST CASE scenario is she stands up in the middle of a date with you and says "I just can't handle this, sorry, no chemistry". If that happens, you need at least three other things to do with your night. Maybe go get laid, maybe go work out, maybe hit the bar with a couple of your friends. Never, ever, ever let one woman be ALL YOU HAVE.

She's a guest in YOUR world, if she's running shit you've already lost.

I also advise you to get a motorcycle, because I advise that to every young man I talk to, although none of them ever listen, which is good because if they did, the power of the motorcycle would be diluted. So fuck you, don't buy a motorcycle.

Well there's the cool factor, yes, and of course women tend to flock to men who are not risk-averse.

But it's also the great liberator. Your girl getting on your nerves? Go for a ride. Boss on your ass? Go for a ride. Whatever is wrong, it can be worked out through the meditation-like state one falls into after a certain number of miles on the road.

I honestly can't live without it. I need it.

It IS dangerous, yes, and I do have two kids. My only justification is that this is my only dangerous habit. I don't drink alcohol or take any other drugs; I don't drive cars fast; I don't skydive; no dangerous habits at all. I also mitigate the danger as much as possible by being safe, responsible rider, never riding when I'm angry, and doing my best not to ride in the dark or in dangerously bad weather.

All risks one encounters can, to one degree or another, be mitigated. In the end, you're going to die of something anyway, no matter how careful you were.

Both my little girls love motorcycles anyway. :)

You should relish butterflies. They are an opportunity to work on executing despite butterflies. Imagine the idea of actually running tight game when you are not feeling your best. It means you are only limited by who you meet and not by yourself.
