I'm a 37 year old single male. In the past I felt depressed over a relationship end and was prescribed some tablets by my GP. In the end I recovered and didn't really use them. In my country (NZ) there is less stigma to getting help. One of our top former All Blacks rugby players has fronted a campaign. (Google John Kirwan). How many of you have been depressed or even live with an illness for which you take medication, or need treatment for? What's your story and experience with the health system in your country? Much of health is publicly funded here. Cheers.
