A lot of TRP is focused on how the world is unfair to men, and while I sympathize with a lot of what's being said, I think without a longer term plan, the entire thing is akin to mental/ego masturbation.

Now presumably the majority of us will get laid at one point in our lives and will have a 50% chance of having a female offspring. What do you want for her? How would you teach her?

So as for myself, I'm currently the father of a 3 year old, and well I treat her like I would treat my son, take her rock climbing and we'll start judo soon. What I want to drill into her head is that if she'd better be prepared to deal with the lumps of life as they come, and that if she tries to get ahead with her sexuality (it's a bit young, but that lesson will come later) she'd better be prepared that some guy whether just a creep or a person in a position of authority will use her sexuality whether she likes it or not.

But that being said, I'm not opposed to having more opportunities open to her (maybe not the infantry) but 99% of other jobs should be fair game.
