I'm still budding into the red pill flower I want to be, but I've committed myself to talk to a girl any time I feel the desire to. I'm not swallowing it anymore, I'm approaching women as the self that I see myself as and want to be.

So the other night I was in Wal-mart (I rarely shop there, I just brought my neighbor) and just walking around I noticed a cute girl, about a 6 - 7, which is about the range I'm comfortable with for now. It took me a while to realize that I needed to go talk to her, but eventually, it wasn't even a thought anymore. I just did it.

She was in the fruit section (the only shit from Walmart I'll eat is fresh produce and meat that I've thoroughly scrutinized. My dad works for them, so I know what sort of shit can go down there.) so I asked her, what she's making. She said "Oh, I'm just getting groceries for the week." My conversation wasn't too great, but then again, I'm still new to this (previously, I'd never even think about talking to a girl sober), so I asked her what else she was buying and if she cooked. But right then, she got a phone call. If I hadn't made the cold approach I would have sworn that it was planned.

Anyway, by the time her call was finished, the moment was broken and I realized that and just tried to get her number before I left. She didn't give it to me, saying "I don't give out my number, sorry."

Bummer.

I just closed and told her it was nice meeting her and that I hope I see her there again and left. But at least I sucked it up and talked to her. I'm going to do this more often now and post the results.
