Reminds me of Alex Honnold. After free soloing Freerider, one of the top 10 feats of climbing of all time, he was asked what he was going to do. "I think I'll work on the hangboard." "What? You just did this amazing thing, you're not going to celebrate?" "Well, I'm trying to do the hangboard every other day, and today's the other day."
Anyway, kind of surprising to see you so soon after such a savage take down.
I gave a speech which received a standing ovation and helped my fellow men at the 21 Convention.
Guess you're trying to pump your mana back up.

Honnold is a beast, that mentality is exactly what I'm talking about. It's great to hit your goals and there's nothing wrong with relishing in that moment of victory, but if you learn nothing from it, then you're always going to stay at that level.
If you look back and reflect on where there's room to improve, you're better off for the next competition.
As for the Savage Take Down, it's the internet and traffic on Wednesday was great for TFA.

traffic on Wednesday was great for TFA.
Fair enough.
I agree with your overall message on this one....the fifth conclusion of judo related to the real world (all five conclusions borrow from Sun Tzu) is to walk a single path, being neither scared when there's danger nor complacent when things seem safe, neither exuberant in victory nor despondent in defeat.

I'd never heard of conclusions of Judo, will have to look that up today.

They might be hard to find, as they are in the official Kodokan Judo book by the founder of judo, Jigoro Kano.
1) Have a full awareness of yourself, your opponent, and your surroundings. 2) This is familiar to go or chess: move in a way to get your opponent to move the way that you want them to. 3) Consider fully, but act decisively. 4) When you hit a pre-determined point, STOP. 5) is above.

What? This is all well and good, but instead of indulging in hindsight, actively try and get the maximum value out of each situation before the opportunity slips away.
Keep growing, don't settle for second guessing yourself. Live today in a way that you won't regret tomorrow.

Objective analysis is not second guessing, it's learning and preparing to raise the standard for the next go 'round.

This is really deep insight you got here. So basically what you're saying is that after we win we need to continue winning?
Did I understand the totality of your message correctly or am I missing something?

All in all, isn't life just a big ass competition, and everybody trynna win?

Hey i respect you GLO, but this post is not for you specificly. We all know you're a respected TRP'er, and this post is for lost "boys" on TRP that just needs a little guidence, a little push. For you this post migth not have been so insigthfull because you probably live by it, but for some guys this is actually a good reminder that might Help them on their self improvement path. I've seen the argument between you, and OP yesterday, and im totaly neutral in it, but just because you had an argument does not mean you have to take a dump on everything he writes. As you once wrote, and it's implanted in the sidebar "The Red Pill is an imperfect substitute for the male guidance our boys were robbed of by feminism. It is tired middle aged men describing their divorces. It's the unfashionable and unacceptable thoughts of Freud, Nietzsche and Briffault. Its young men asking for help at a time when no one cares about them."
OP here is trying to give these boys some advice, and it's a good advice for someone who needs it. So please leave your critique on a constructive level and enjoy your workout today.
Instead of the OP trying "to tell us what we should be doing," why doesn't he show us how he put this "sage wisdom" into practice for his own life?
He can illustrate his struggle and show us how he came to these conclusions and let his achievements speak for themselves. TRP is a sub geared towards making men out of boys, not pandering to them.
This guy is just selling bullshit. He doesn't give his audience enough credit. Let his readers draw their own conclusions, instead of trying to brainwash them.

Slow down, Luther! If you make an accomplishment you should allow yourself to celebrate. We all need a day off and what is better than celebrating a real accomplishment rather than some bullshit like new years? Balance.
Why would you take a day to celebrate? That seems pretty excessive considering almost every example I can think of.
Take some time, yes.
But move forward and learn from the victory.
There is a reason for Sunday. We become too entrenched in our daily grind if we don't take some time to step back and look at the bigger picture. Working 100 hour weeks can be done for short periods of time, but if you make it a habit your mind and soul will switch to energy preservation mode and you won't be effective at all. So you'll burn yourself out thinking you're making progress while in reality you're not spending your time in a useful manner.
It's like the gym. Working yourself to exhaustion won't give the same results as having rest days. Do not over-indulge in struggling and strife, just as you wouldn't go to excess in other things.
Balance in all is key, completely agree.

Nobody who has ever fucked a model who brought him coffee has sipped said coffee and pondered how he could have done this better.
The much more likely scenario is a shit eating grin while propped up on pillows that this bitch who is such a bitch to 99% of the losers slobbering over her highness is so eager to please.
Write what you actually know about.

Ha!
I threw that one in there at the end just to point out, it doesn't fucking matter that you fucked the girl, what did you learn.
There's millions of women, fucking her isn't special. If you're smirking about why she's a bitch to 99% and you fucked her, then a part of you knows why she fucked you, you've got it going on so I guess that last part allows you to bask in the glory of the pussy you fucked.
