When I was a kid - teenager, my sister would have her "hot" friend over occasionally and I would obsess over her. I put hot in quotations because she was hot to me as a kid. Compared to the girls of my age, she was a 10. Now, she's a 6-7.

Anyways, I would kiss her ass and always talked about us eventually getting married and shit. As a result, she treated me with no respect. She would make fun of me every time she came over. Being two years younger than her, I figured there was no chance in hell I'd be able to have sex with her anyways. My thoughts changed when she told me her and a kid in my grade had sex. I got a glimpse of the true reality here, but didn't fully swallow the pill. This continued until up until around my junior year until I didn't see too much of her.

Fast forward to my freshman year of college. By this time, I had fully embraced the red pill and it's ideas. Unlike high school, I was getting laid at least weekly. I finally knew how girls worked. Thanksgiving break, I head home to connect with friends and family.

One night, I end up getting a little drunk with my friends at my house when through the door comes my sister and her friend. Immediately upon seeing me, she starts picking at me and saying how much I want her. Being slightly drunk, I decided to speak my mind. I told her, "Compared to the girls at my college, you're nothing special. You're just an average townie." Now this is slightly a dick move, but this girls ego had it coming. She thought she was so hot and every dude wanted her.

Upon hearing that, her and my sister sit there stunned staring at me. Not many people would say that to her. Funny thing is, now when she's around me she has such a different demeanor. I can tell she wants my approval. The other day she asked me to watch a movie with her and my sister. Of course I said no, while making fun of her. But the thing is, in the past I'd probably ask what movie they were watching and she'd respond, "Fuck off, Johnny".

TL;DR: Told a girl I used to worship off, now treats me with respect.
