When it comes to the intellect, yes women can. When it comes to certain types of professions - well only certain personalities are attracted to those (both males are females, some professions are male-dominated because they appeal to the 'male' brain - that doesn't rule out a 'woman' having a pre-dominantly 'male' brain).
In general, women are more understanding then men and they are also more accommodating then men. Feminism is an umbrella term (I think we are in the 3rd wave), most rational women, are not 3rd wave feminists. The 1st wave was about Human Rights and women were not being treated as humans in the political sphere at that time i.e. they weren't eligible to vote
Feminism as you understand it/explain it is a fringe/extremist position/group (I think we can all agree that extremists are just fucking stupid and refuse to live in the 'real world')
