after a bit over a year lurking, this is my first post and as such i'll keep it short. the hardest part about living TRP is the keeping quiet about it. we've all been there, we've all seen him: some blue-piller damn near at the end of his rope, his hamster on it's last good leg STILL trying to make him believe that NAWALT, and his current issues are because **he** chose wrongly. that if he just found the "right girl," it would all cease to hurt. he's Rocky in dire need of Mick to send him in the right direction. TRP is the answer. it's like Mick & Apollo Creed all rolled into one. you want to help him out, but you don't **really** know him like that. he's not a **close** friend or family member who you can straight talk to. you *know* that any attempts to feed him, to even *show* him, a red pill will be met with anger and/or incredulity. or what if you're *well-received*, but you're overheard by some blue-piller/mangina/etc. that one of you know? your work reputation is out fishing with Fredo Corleone. all too often, guy at the end of his rope is either 1) unreceptive, or 2) there's no situation where you can get to the guy and let him know there's help and life-saving knowledge out there for him. either way another man, another son/brother/father/uncle is left to suffer. i've found that the best way to throw these lifelines in public is to use leading questions that don't specifically say anything about woman's nature, but about a man's **reactions**, and **observations**. as nosy as women all are, they (single women anyway) know to keep their jaws together when it comes to men trying to bond while helping one another out. even if they over hear something they don't like, since it's about the man's reaction to his experience, and not AWALT, women the world over subconsciously know not to trespass into the conversation note: anecdotally i've seen that married women tend to give less of a fuck about it). go and meet the guy later, and slowly drop TRP truths on him. i did that with my brother while both of my twice-divorced were sisters were in the same room with no blue-pill shaming to be heard. and he learned about maintaining frame, shit testing, and not accepting shitty attitudes when he does nothing to earn it. we have to still be TRP in the shadows, but we can save a few more lives if we have better ways of moving about in the light. just a thought
