Its funny because I was just listening to the 90's hit Oh Sheila by Ready for the World. The song is so blue pill he even mentions her hanging out with her male friends lol.

Relatively new red-piller here. Been through high-value times in my life, but let my value drive my sexual strategy rather than taking charge and being a little more dominant. So the idea of being a great person has been in me for awhile, it's just the alpha framework that I am adding now.
I have been selectively adding RP behavior to my lifestyle and it's a near-100% success rate. I worry about going too far with it and that consuming my personality, but I certainly notice the times when I feel more comfortable slipping up & doing something beta leading to worse outcomes. It's almost instantaneous feedback.
I won't cut out media or other things, but I certainly enjoy analyzing them again with this new lens. I don't think that stuff will infect me or anything like that, so I don't modify my media consumption that much. It's more of a curiosity than anything.

It is strong but there is always room for improvement. I have been wasting time/money on drinking.
Here's to only drinking socially on weekends.

Yeah, not listening to Ricky Martin and Justin Bieber, if that is what you're asking.
