Is this allowed? Shouldnt you give credit to the author? Weren't you taught about plaigarism is elementary school or is this acceptable on this subreddit?

Are you certain? That's a damn good spot if so, I've heard of that book but I have not read it.
I'm not sure where TRP stands in respect of plagiarism, because we are not 'profiting' per se, but getting up-votes based on someone else's great ideas is distasteful to most of us I'm sure.

It's actually word-for-word. Actually none of this is from OP. It's 100% Manson's words.
Do read this book. It's very short, and it makes very insightful points all throughout the book. On the off chance that the book doesnt help your growth, you'll certainly enjoy its humor. Sorry if this sounds like an ad. Idc if you buy it or not, but it's worth reading. My tablet displayed it as 100 pages. 9 chapters I think

I've actually just bought Gorilla Mindset (by the Mighty Cern, I'm sure you know it/him) and I've got designs on No More Mr Nice Guy after that - I'll certainly add yours to my wishlist though, there's always more knowledge to be acquired.
I'd recommend 'Mindset' by Carol S Dweck too if you're interested in foundation-level life changes, it's a phenomonal book.
